I capped off this journey by navigating the lucrative sale of what had previously been a family-owned lifestyle business.

Customer Experience
In customer experience, I led both internal process improvement projects and consulted with external clients to transform the experience they delivered to their customers.
Human Resources
In HR, I focused on employee selection systems, performance management, and surveys.
Client Services
In client services, I provided direct project and service support to both local and remote customers. I also led client service teams supporting clients ranging from SMBs to Fortune 100 companies.
Executive Leadership
With close to two decades of leadership experience, I've guided teams ranging from as small as two individuals to as extensive as sixty members. I have thrived leading teams and leading leaders.
I’ve also had a number of need-based roles that have broadened my perspective and skills. As specific business needs surfaced, I've stepped in to lead functions such as software development, quality assurance, data analytics, marketing, and sales.
